01. Where can I see your products?

You can explore Huwelied Huis' product offerings through the following methods:

a. Online Shop: Visit our website at www.huwelied.co.za to browse our entire product catalog.

b. Catalog Request: Send a WhatsApp message to Heidi at 072 493 5621 to request our beautiful catalog in PDF format. This will allow you to view our products on your computer or mobile device.

c. Farmer Markets:  While we no longer attend weekly markets, you can still find us at select events. Follow our Facebook page to stay updated on our market appearances.

02. How can I order your products?

You can place an order for our products through the following methods:

a. Online Shop: On our website, click on the product you wish to purchase, review its details and price, and click "Add to Basket." Continue shopping and add more items if needed. When you're ready to complete your order, click "View Basket" to review your selection and choose your preferred shipping method. Click "Proceed to Checkout" to make the payment.

b. From Our Catalog: If you have our catalog, contact Heidi at 072 493 5621 to place your order. You'll receive an invoice and a payment link from Yoco, our payment processor.

c. Direct Payment: If none of the above options work for you, contact us for our banking details and an invoice to make a direct payment into our account.

03. How do I get my products?

We offer several delivery options to suit your needs:

a. Local Pickup: Arrange to collect your order in Bronkhorstspruit. Notify us via social media or select the "Kom laai self op in Bronkhorstspruit" option in your online shopping cart.

b. Postnet: We use the Postnet counter-to-counter service, which is ideal if you don't have other courier options in your area.

c. Pudo: The Courier Guy's Pudo service is a cost-effective way to send small packages anywhere in South Africa. You can choose to have your parcel delivered to your door or to a Pudo locker in your nearest town.

d. Special Arrangements: If you have specific delivery needs, such as express or bulk orders, please let us know, and we will make special arrangements using The Courier Guy.

04. How long will I wait to receive my products?

Typically, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days after we have received proof of payment. Some factors, like your location or the day of the week you place your order, may affect the delivery time. Rest assured that we have a reliable track record with courier companies.

05. Can I pick up my products at your office?

Absolutely! You can personally collect your order in Bronkhorstspruit. Contact Heidi at 072 493 5621 to make the necessary arrangements.

06. How can I pay for my order?

We offer various payment methods:

a. Online Payments: When ordering from our online shop, we use Yoco for payment processing. Simply select your preferred payment method, fill in your card details or choose instant EFT, and click "Place Order."

b. Yoco Payment Link: For orders from our catalog or personal orders, you'll receive an invoice and payment link from Yoco after contacting Heidi. Follow the link to complete your payment.

c. Direct Bank Payment: If you can't use the above methods, request an invoice to make a direct payment into our bank account.

07. How can I pay for my order?

08. How can I track my order?

For tracking your order, you have a few options:

a. Postnet: We will provide you with a tracking number for your Postnet shipment. You can follow up with Postnet if you feel your delivery is delayed.

b. Pudo: Pudo will send you a pin code for locker pick-up or notify you about the delivery. If needed, you can use the Waybill number provided to track your order on The Courier Guy's website.

09. What are the different Pudo options?

For Pudo deliveries, you have two main choices:

a. Locker to Locker: This is the most cost-effective option. We'll deposit your parcel into a Pudo locker in Bronkhorstspruit, and Pudo will transport it to the locker nearest to you. Make sure to collect your parcel within 36 hours by using you pickup pin to avoid additional charges.

b. Locker to Door: This option is a bit more expensive, but very convenient, as your order gets delivered to your door.

10. Who is Yoco?

Yoco is an African technology company that provides business tools and financial services for entrepreneurs. They handle online and card payments for us, ensuring a seamless payment experience. You may see references to both Huwelied Huis and Velvet Motion on your payment documentation.

11. Who is Velvet Motion?

Velvet Motion began as a multimedia and creative communication business by Cornê and Heidi Dannhauser, primarily focused on live musical performances for upscale corporate and private events. It has since expanded to include various divisions, including Huwelied Huis. You'll see references to Velvet Motion in your payment documentation as it is the holding company of Huwelied Huis.
